Information we collect
When you book or join a waitlist, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, class selection, purchase or class-pack information, waiver acknowledgment and booking history. If documentation is requested for a medical hold or qualifying life event, provide only what is reasonably necessary.
How we use it
We use this information to manage reservations and waitlists, process payments, maintain class-pack balances, provide customer support, communicate schedule changes, document required agreements and protect the safety and integrity of the studio.
Service providers
Payment details are handled by the secure payment provider and are not stored directly by Living Pilates. Website hosting, payment, email and the LivingPilates.fit video platform may process information only as needed to provide their services.
Sharing and retention
Living Pilates does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect rights and safety, or comply with law. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct or delete eligible personal information, or ask a privacy question, by emailing livingpilates.fit@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
