Living Pilates terms
Purchase and studio policies
The important terms for classes, packs, recurring membership and studio visits—written so they can be read before checkout.
Pricing and payment
The displayed price is the total price before any government-required tax. When tax legally applies, it is calculated from the customer’s billing address and added in the secure basket. Living Pilates will not add an undisclosed mandatory service or processing fee. Founding rates are available through January 31, 2027. Grand-opening rates begin February 1, 2027.
Discovery offer and class packs
A Single Class Drop-In covers one CONTROL, FLOW or FIRE class and is valid for the class selected at purchase. If it is canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time, the returned credit must be used within seven days of the original class and is subject to availability.
Discover the Method is a new-client offer with three classes—one CONTROL Reformer, one FLOW and one FIRE—to be used within 30 days of purchase. The 4-Class Pack is valid for 30 days, the 8-Class Pack for 60 days and the 12-Class Pack for 90 days. Unless required by law, packs are nontransferable, may not be shared and are not redeemable for cash.
Studio Unlimited + Online
Studio Unlimited + Online includes eligible onsite group classes and access to the LivingPilates.fit video platform. The membership has an initial three-month commitment. After the first three monthly billing periods, it continues month to month until canceled.
To stop a future renewal, send written notice at least 30 days before the next billing date using the cancellation email link below. A cancellation request can also be delivered to Living Pilates LLC at 1920 Lake Avenue, Altadena, CA 91001. We will confirm receipt in writing.
Illness, disability and qualifying life events
Requests for a medical hold or discretionary early release because of illness or another qualifying life event must include valid supporting documentation. Nothing in this policy limits any nonwaivable cancellation right. California consumers may have additional rights in the event of disability, death, relocation more than 25 miles from the studio, material reduction of contracted services, delayed opening or another circumstance covered by law.
California cancellation notice
A buyer may cancel a covered health-studio agreement through midnight of the fifth business day the studio is open after signing, excluding Sundays and holidays. Send a signed and dated cancellation notice stating that you are canceling to Living Pilates LLC, 1920 Lake Avenue, Altadena, CA 91001, or to livingpilates.fit@gmail.com. Additional cancellation periods can apply under California law.
Class cancellation and no-shows
Group classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. A late cancellation or no-show forfeits a drop-in or class-pack credit. Studio Unlimited members receive one courtesy late cancellation. After that courtesy, Living Pilates will email a warning that the next late cancellation or no-show will forfeit the reserved session and add a $12 charge. Each later late cancellation or no-show forfeits the reserved session and incurs the $12 charge. Private and semi-private appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Schedule and safety
Class formats, instructors and times may change. Living Pilates may substitute a comparable instructor, format or time when reasonably necessary. Grip socks are required. Follow instructor directions and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or another unusual symptom.
